Dr. Danika Neumann

Dr. Danika Neumann has been a part of the Animal Hospital of Oakville team since January 2018.  Dr. Neumann received her Bachelor of Science with a minor in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Guelph before completing her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Ontario Veterinary College (OVC).  Dr. Neumann was a very active member of the Global Vets program during her time at OVC, participating in volunteer veterinary projects throughout Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda.  Prior to working at Animal Hospital of Oakville, Dr Neuman spent 10 years practicing small animal medicine in Burlington and downtown Toronto.  Dr. Neumann is a certified fear free practitioner (FFCP), and is working on a certificate in ophthalmology.  

Her professional interests include: dermatology, internal medicine and preventative health.  She is a member of the College of Veterinarians of Ontario and the Ontario Veterinary Medical Association. When Dr. Neumann is not at Animal Hospital of Oakville, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and their fur family. She also enjoys skiing, wine tasting, and eating chocolate.
