Dr. Dugan joined the hospital in the spring of 2009 after graduating from the Ontario Veterinary College in Guelph. Prior to graduation she completed an externship at a mixed animal practice in Caledon and worked for a number of years at a small animal practice in Brampton. She completed two years of a Bachelor of Science program with a major in Animal Biology at the University of Guelph prior to veterinary school. Although she participates in all aspects of small animal medicine at the Animal Hospital of Oakville, from wellness examinations to surgeries, she has a particular interest in preventive medicine, canine and feline internal medicine, and neurology.
In her spare time, she loves to travel, watch movies, and read. She shares her home with her husband, her son and two daughters, and four energetic cats – Solo, Jedi, Jack and Kash.
