Reopening Plan for May 9,2022: Thank You for Your Patience
With restrictions being lifted and an increasing number of businesses reopening, we want to keep you, our valued client, updated on the Animal Hospital of Oakville’s reopening plan. Our top priority remains safeguarding the health and safety of our clients and staff, all the while continuing to provide outstanding patient care.
As a healthcare provider, factors such as waiting and exam room size, air flow and the ability to maintain safe distancing during your pet’s examination are all factors that play into our reopening plan. To all pet owners, we respectfully ask that all visitors abide by our health and safety rules.
We are happy to announce that we are now accepting new patients! If you’ve recently welcomed a new furry family member, or are looking for a new vet, we are happy to help.
Are doors are fully OPEN! We welcome you back inside the Hospital.
Here are some of the things you can expect:
- The number of concurrent client visits will be restricted to respect physical distancing.
- Clients will continue to have the option of curbside appointments.
- The wearing of surgical masks will be mandatory.
- Hand sanitizing stations will be readily available throughout the clinic.
- Verbal or physical abuse towards staff members will not be tolerated. Please be patient.

Please wear a mask during drop off, pick up, and payment. If you do not have a mask we are happy to provide you with one.
We are accepting all forms of payment: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, debit or etransfer.
Medication and food are recommended to be ordered online or by phone. Please allow 24 hour notice.
